A Few Changes in AAI Advisory Board: Welcome to Dianne Nast, Barak Richman, and Joe Saveri; Best Wishes to Obama Appointees Phil Weiser and Howard Shelanski.

As Phil Weiser departs to become a Deputy Assistant Attorney General at DOJ and Howard Shelanski departs to become Deputy Director of the FTC's Bureau of Economics, the AAI welcomes attorneys Dianne Nast  Joseph Saveri and law professor Barak Richman.

Dianne Nast is a senior member of RodaNast, P.C., a Pennsylvania law firm. A graduate of the Rutgers Law School, she has chaired the Judicial Center Foundation, been active in the American Law Institute and numerous other professional organizations, and been lead class counsel in  many complex cases.

Barak Richman is a professor at Duke University School of Law where he teaches antitrust, comparative antitrust, and health law, among other subjects. He has a law degree from Harvard, an M.A. in economics from Berkeley, and will soon receive a ph.d. from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley.

Joseph R. Saveri is a partner in the San Francisco firm of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP. A law graduate of the University of Virgina, his fields of practice are antitrust, intellectual property, international litigation, and human rights.
