AAI Offers Further Support for Leegin Repeal

A coalition of consumer groups, including the Consumer Federation of America, Consumers Union, National Consumers League, U.S. PIRG, and AAI, submitted a letter to the House Judiciary Committee's Antitrust Subcommittee urging the Subcommittee to introduce and seek passage of a bill to repeal the Supreme Court's Leegin decision.  Read the letter here.
