AAI Publishes Report Outlining Policy Recommendations to Next Administration

The American Antitrust Institute (AAI) has released The Next Antitrust Agenda: The American Antitrust Institute’s Transition Report on Competition Policy to the 44th President of the United States.  The report is the result of a year-long effort undertaken by 11 committees of the AAI Advisory Board.  It outlines both the philosophy and the policy agenda of the AAI, while offering specific suggestions for legislation and enforcement priorities to the next administration.
