Robert A. Skitol is a senior partner in the Antitrust Practice Group at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Washington. He is a former attorney-advisor to the chairman of the FTC and former special assistant to the director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection. He has over thirty years of experience in all facets of antitrust practice and has been an active participant in the ABA Section of Antitrust Law as well as a member of the Advisory Board and a Senior Fellow of the American Antitrust Institute. He has published articles covering a wide variety of antitrust subjects in the ABA Journal of Antitrust Law, the ABA Antitrust Source and other law journals. He co-authored the book, Mergers in the New Antitrust Era.
